Last Friday, we hosted our first Supper Club of the season. The kitchen felt so cozy, with tables softly illuminated by the warm glow of beeswax candles. Tricia Herring graciously provided stunning floral arrangements that added the perfect finishing touch.



Guests were invited in for a meal that combined warming flavors with some of my seasonal favorites. Upon arrival, they savored sips of aromatic bone broth and shared small plates featuring Castelvetrano olives with hazelnut and citrus. Later in the meal, they enjoyed heartier options like tortelli with duck confit, parsnip puree, fried sage, cider balsamic and dry-aged sirloin complemented by winter gremolata.
This menu was such a fun play of textures and tastes—from the vibrant citrus accents of hamachi to the rich sweetness of honeynut squash, creating a beautiful balance.
